To gain entry, please display your print-at-home paper ticket or e-ticket on your personal electronic device. To locate your tickets, simply click on the "Review Your Order" link found in the order confirmation email you would have received from our box office system, BookTix; subject line: Rose Center Theater Order Information.
If you are unable to print a paper ticket or display your e-ticket, please present your order confirmation number and photo I.D. to the House Manager upon arrival and they will be able to assist you further.

If you require additional time, or assistance with getting to your seats, please seek out a Rose Center Theater staff member or usher upon arrival.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided at the theater.

PARKING
Patrons can find parking in the City structure located directly across the street from the Rose Center Theater. Entrance to the City's parking structure can be found off of 13th Street. Parking in the City Structure is is $2 per hour, $8 per day, and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no parking permitted between the hours of 2 AM and 5 AM. There are also a limited number of free spaces** located in the County Court Parking lot at the corner of 13th Street and All American Way. For patrons with ADA parking placards, parking spaces can be found directly in front of the venue. Please read all parking signs for up to date costs, hours, and information.
** Regarding County Court Parking Lot: Free parking only available in designated spaces, during non-operating court hours.
